For those who missed it the first time, I am presenting my seminar Evaluating Emergency Management Websites to the ACS Software Quality Association on Wednesday June 16, 17:45 for 6pm start, room N101 CSIT building, ANU
I work as a researcher in the Bureau of Transport Economics full time, while completing a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) at the ANU part-time.
In what little spare time I have, I sing with the choir Igitur Nos, and am a water activities leader with Scouts ACT. I have also recently taken up Tai Chi to improve my strength and flexibility.
I live in suburban Canberra with my husband and my cat.
I wear coloured glasses because I have a kind of dyslexia known as scotopic sensitivity syndrome. The dyslexia is sensitive to particular colours, in my case bright yellows and oranges. The colours create what is in effect a visual white noise, making it hard for me to read. The glasses filter out those colours, and help me to read.
